Any items with the OU logos/University name must have prior approval from the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and the OU Licensing Office. A Trademark Licensing Agreement Questionnaire must be completed and delivered to the Student Life Office, Union, Room 370. The Trademark Licensing Agreement Questionnaire can be downloaded here. Physical Plant Needs: All requests for tables and chairs, electrical needs, and safety concerns such as traffic control and road blocks need to be directed to the Physical Plant by calling (405) 325-3060 AFTER approval of facility use. No publicity of the event should take place until approval has been granted for the facility and/or solicitation request. To request permission for campus publicity after approval, please complete the Campus Display Request Form. Please review all information carefully before submitting your request. A confirmation e-mail detailing your request will be sent to the address you entered at the top of the screen. You will be contacted by e-mail or phone once a decision has been made regarding your event. If your organization does not already have a deposit on file, you will need to bring a $100 check when you pick up your facility and/or solicitation permit at the Student Life Office, Union, Room 370. You will also be contacted with the total amount due for the non-refundable solicitation fee (if applicable). All solicitation fees are due upon receipt of the permit. All requests are subject to the availability of the facilities, and may require approval through several different departments.
