SUBJECT: Sooner Orientation Weekend Student Involvement Fair

The planning for Sooner Orientation Weekend (SOW) 2008 is well underway and we want you to be part of this exciting time of year for our new students. Each year SOW tries to offer new students an opportunity to learn as much as possible about the University of Oklahoma and how they can become a part of our campus community. That’s where you come in!

The dates for Sooner Orientation Weekend are August 21-24. On Sunday afternoon, August 24, we would like for your organization to be represented at our Sooner Orientation Weekend Involvement Fair. The event will be held at the Walker-Adams Mall.

The fair is tentatively scheduled to go from 3:00 – 5:00p.m. Each organization will be provided one 8 foot table with 2 chairs. You will be able to distribute information about your organization and get the names of new students interested in becoming a part of your organization. We apologize, but we will not be available to provide electricity during the event.
