Your job description at the WOC? - I am the Coordinator of the WOC, which means I get to be involved with all the great programs that happen out of this office.
Favorite place to eat in Norman - Tarahumara’s - yum
Favorite vacation spot - Good Hart, Michigan. My aunt and uncle have a wonderful house on the beach of Lake Michigan. It is someplace I would go just about every summer growing up.
Favorite book/author - Marge Piercy is my favorite author. My favorite book of her poetry is The Moon is Always Female and my favorite fiction book is Gone to Soldiers.
Favorite Quotation - “Never Doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world – indeed it’s the only thing that ever has”. Margaret Mead.
Best part about OU - The spirit of cooperation that exists everywhere – from students to staff to faculty.
Best part about working at the WOC - Being a part of supporting women at OU.
If it were my last meal tomorrow…My husband’s lemon chicken – it’s the best!

Your job description at the WOC? - I am the WOC’s accountant and Administrative Assistant. I work closely with the wonderful WOC Coordinator, Grad Assistant, and Interns. I also coordinate the student volunteers.
Favorite place to eat in Norman - In the Raw
Favorite vacation spot - Anywhere warm and beachy with my family!
Favorite Pet - My dogs- Izzy is a black Great Dane, and Ty is a white Bischon. They are the polar opposites of each other, and keep my husband and I entertained.
Favorite Quotation - “You can’t have too much chocolate or too much fun” Hallmark
Best part about OU - The welcoming environment, beautiful campus, and the pride that the staff and students have in their work and education. I am amazed everyday by our students and how much they can accomplish.
Best part about working at the WOC - Being in a position to work with and help students in a variety of ways is challenging and rewarding, as is working with an excellent staff and student workers.
If it were my last meal tomorrow…I would want to have a backyard cook-out with all my friends and family and eat grilled meat of every variety!
