The University of Oklahoma Panhellenic Association One hundred years ago, a group of women came together to form the University of Oklahoma's first sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. The sisterhood inspired others to form similar organizations. During the past century, there has been over 25 different greek sororities on campus. Currently, eleven Panhellenic sororities are present. As we honor a century of sisterhood this year, we remember and thank everyone who has been a part of the University of Oklahoma Panhellenic Association. The centennial events will be taking place in conjunction with our biannual Queen for a Weekend event. Our "queens" (inter/national officers from OU sorority chapters) will join us as we celebrate 100 years of Panhellenic accomplishments. April 17-18, 2009
