Benefits to Registered Student Organizations

All registered student organizations are assigned a public mailbox that allows the organization to receive incoming mail from off-campus and on-campus as well as notices of upcoming events. The mailboxes are located on the first floor of the Conoco Student Leadership Center. Student organizations are encouraged to NOT place valuable items in the mailboxes. The Student Life Office and UOSA are not responsible for any missing, lost or damaged items.

Registered organizations may reserve classrooms on campus free of charge as well as various other facilities on campus for free or discounted rates. Registered student groups are also permitted to publicize events around campus by chalking, distributing flyers, and hanging posters. Facility reservations and campus display requests must be approved by the Student Life office. The appropriate forms are available on this website and in suite 370-A of the Union.

Organizations registered with the Student Life Office are eligible for a web page through Information Technology (IT). Please contact IT at 325-4636 for more information.
